Baked Meatballs

Makes 8-12 meatballs


  • ¼ cup fine breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 sm onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 garlic cloves (minced) (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp yellow mustard
  • ½ tsp ground parsley
  • ½ tsp ground basil
  • ½ tsp ground thyme
  • ½ tsp ground oregano
  • Salt & pepper


In a measuring cup, combine bread crumbs and milk. Stir and set aside until all ingredients are absorbed. In a large bowl, place remaining ingredients including breadcrumb mixture. Season to taste. Mix well and form into meatballs. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes (turn over mid-way).
