Quick Oven Stuffing

Makes 6-8 cups

  • ½ loaf bread (chopped finely)
  • 1 onion (diced finely)
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • Pinch savory
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch pepper
  • Pinch garlic (optional)
  • ½ cup apple juice (or water)


In a med size bowl, mix together bread, onion, butter and spices. Gradually add juice until mixture sticks together. Equally place mixture in a muffin pan and bake at 350F for ½ hour. Can be used as a side-dish or a bird stuffing.
